The purpose of our privacy policy is to create clarity with "Users" and "Customers" as described in the terms & conditions page around how data is stored and shared.

All user health information is restricted through a membership login. Users do not have access to read, write, alter or delete another members data. Only approved EmergePass employees or contractors have access to the data submitted by our users. We follow a policy of providing access to the least number of employees or contractors required to deliver our services.

A users vaccination information including the manufacturer of their vaccine, the date and/or lot number are only shared with a venue. We do not share images of the CDC Vaccination Card.
